Information we process is because we have a contractual obligation with you

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Information relating to your method of payment

Our site uses an online ordering system for customers to request information, products, and services from us. We collect visitor’s contact information (their names, address, telephone number and e-mail address). Our website payments are processed by Stripe using industry-standard SSL protocols to provide secure credit card and payment transactions. When you place an order, your credit/debit card information is encrypted and then sent over the Internet, no one can read or access the data that is being transmitted. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. Financial information that is collected is used to charge the user for products and services only.

We may disclose your information to our third party service providers for the purposes of providing services to us or directly to you on our behalf.
